What is Merchant Concepts' role in transaction processing?

We act as the handshake between the customer’s bank and our merchants to make sure the process of receiving funds runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible – from the moment the cashier swipes the card to the moment funds are deposited into their bank. This translates into access to real time transaction information, a team of support staff in the office ready to take your calls about any transaction or equipment questions, and last but not least, a company that is focused on providing the best protection and customer service to our merchants so they can continue doing the same for their clients.

What kind of clients do you have?
